Timothy J. Donahue has been promoted to executive vice president and chief financial officer of Crown Holdings, Inc., reporting to John W. Conway, the company’s chairman and chief executive officer. Donahue replaces Alan W. Rutherford who stepped down as chief financial officer after 34 years with the company, but continues to serve as vice chairman of the board of directors.
